Unisa Has Extended The Registration Deadline

The University of South Africa has recently extended its registration deadline, so if you’ve been considering registering for a qualification, you still have time.

Unisa Has Extended The Registration Deadline

University of South Africa (Unisa) has extended the registration period for Masters and doctoral degrees. Registration for these qualifications, which opened on 9 January 2023, was initially scheduled to close on 31 March 2023.

To ensure that more students can register, Unisa has extended the registration deadline until Sunday, 30 April 2023.

It was announced on Saturday, 1 April 2023, through Unisa’s official Twitter account, that this new deadline will also be the closing date for registration payments. Students should ensure that all registration requirements are met before the closing date.

The registration period for undergraduate qualifications has closed, and Unisa will not accept any more registrations. Therefore, students who have not yet registered for undergraduate qualifications will have to wait until next year’s registration period opens.

The registration period for Honours degrees and Postgraduate diplomas has also closed, and Unisa will not accept any further registrations. Those who have not yet registered for these qualifications will also have to wait until the next registration period.

The University of South Africa is one of the world’s largest distance-learning universities, and its academic programmes are renowned worldwide. It offers certificates, diplomas, degrees, and postgraduate qualifications in a variety of fields, such as business, education, law, and science.

Students who were struggling to meet the initial deadline will be relieved by the extension of the registration deadline for Master’s and doctoral qualifications. As a result of this decision, more students will have the opportunity to pursue their academic dreams at Unisa.
