1. Take your cellphone device, ID number and SASSA /Postbank Gold Card Pin Code
2. Go to any of the following retailers – Checkers, Shoprite, OK, Pick & Pay, Usave, Boxer and Spar
3. Capture your ID number and phone number at the retail shops for validation that you are actual owner or grant recipients.
4. A confirmation message {USSD} will be sent to the phone number captured.
5. You will be asked to punch in your PIN ( the same PIN you have been using to withdraw at the ATM)
6. After correctly entering the PIN, the cashier will then give you your money
